THE BE SIDE TAKES OVER LA
Location- melody bar and grill event
This event will showcase the members that live in the Los Angeles area and raise
awareness to THE BE SIDE’s programs and missions for the community throughout the upcoming year. DJS and artists will host a showcase with a networking opportunity for advancement and applications for scholarship submissions from students pursuing advancement, certification or degrees in the music, media or fine and performing arts industry while attending a school within the California area.
THE BE SIDE AWARD SHOW & SCHOLARSHIP GALA
The BE side will award members and creative artists in our active communities for best
Involved events. Categories involve – best dressed raid train, most consistent raid train, best B side mixtape. Students that have been selected to receive awards for scholarships will also be recognized during this event as well.

This BE Side events will consist of DJ Showcases and an award ceremony to showcase
new members and affiliates during the year of 2023. It will take place in 2023 in the
location of the board members to introduce the new non-profit that will support our K-12
curriculum, Breast Cancer Outreach, mental awareness outreach and Scholarship Outreach. Our starting budget will be through donations through all board members and new members. After our first year, the goal is to raise up to 50,000 each year for operational fees.
